Neighbors helping neighbors

WEST OAK LANE (WPVI) -- Philadelphia's West Oak Lane neighborhood is getting a facelift, thanks to a group of volunteers.

The action cam was along the 66 hundred block of Opal Street as work got underway, despite the dreary weather.

Volunteers with the organization Rebuilding Together transformed eight homes Friday.

Homeowners helped out too.

The group has done similar projects in West and North Philadelphia.
