North Delaware riverfront improvements

TACONY (WPVI) -- Runners and cyclists will soon have a new trail to use in the Tacony section of Philadelphia.

Mayor Jim Kenney was there as officials broke ground on the mile-and-a-half long project.

The path will run along the former right of way for the Kensington and Tacony Railroad.

It's part of a larger 11 mile project along the North Delaware Riverfront.
