Officer joins neighborhood kids in slip n' slide fun

In North Carolina a police officer is not only popular with the kids, but he's a social media superstar for this moment.

Officer Joe Jones was still in his uniform when he whooshed down a slip n' slide with neighborhood kids.

A woman in Asheville built the slide for kids on the block to get a little relief this holiday weekend. But someone called police, saying it was blocking the road.

Officer Jones responded, and not only did he not think it was a problem, but joined in the fun.

We hope he put a towel down on the seat of the patrol car!
