Ohio man ordered to remove zombie nativity

An Ohio man is refusing to back down over his zombie nativity display.

This is the second year Jasen Dixon put up the display featuring Jesus, Mary and Joseph as zombies.

He admits some people hate it.

But others drive by and give him a thumbs up.

Dixon had to take down the display last year because he didn't have a permit.

This year, local officials told him the nativity scene violates zoning code.

He faces a $500 fine for every day the nativity scene stays up.
