PCA annual M. Powell Lawton conference

WYNNEFIELD HEIGHTS (WPVI) -- They talked Monday in Wynnefield Heights about how to empower older adults to make their care decisions.

The Philadelphia Corporation for Aging held it's annual M. Powell Lawton Conference.

This year, the focus was on the impact of the Affordable Care Act on older adults.

Dr. Robyn Stone is a leading international authority on aging and long-term care policy.

She delivered the keynote address and was also honored with the Quality of Life Award.
