Raising money with sand

OCEAN CITY, N.J. (WPVI) -- Some artists work with paint, or pens and pencils, this one works with sand.

John Gowdy was hard at work creating this sand sculpture on the beach in Ocean City Wednesday.

The work of art, which paid tribute to recipients of the Purple Heart, coincided with the Walk for the Wounded, a three mile walk to raise money for injured soldiers and their families.
