Salvation Army Celebrate Hope luncheon

CENTER CITY (WPVI) -- Local business leaders are being honored for their work to make Philadelphia a better place to live.

The Salvation Army Greater Philadelphia held its annual Celebrate Hope luncheon Thursday.

Harold T. Epps, the Director of Commerce for Philadelphia, received the "Doing the Most Good Community Leadership Award.", and Walter D'Alessio, with NorthMarq Advisors, received the "Others" Award.

The luncheon was held at the Crystal Tea Room in Center City Philadelphia.

Both men were thanked for helping families in need.
