Second annual back to school beauty day

WILMINGTON, Del. (WPVI) -- A group of hard working young ladies will tackle the school year with confidence thanks to the generosity of their community.

Members of the Wilmington police department joined with Bane's salon and Crazy Discount Beauty Supply are hosting the second annual back to school beauty day Wednesday and Thursday.

24 girls between the ages of 8 and 15 will have their hair and nails done for free.
