Toddler asks Santa for a nap for Christmas
Toddler asks Santa for a nap for Christmas. Nydia Han reports during Action News at 10 a.m. on December 3, 2017.

HOUSTON -- A little girl had a very special request for Santa.

Two-year-old Linden Mae Bartell of Texas asked for a nap for Christmas.

Linden and her family had a long day of shopping and by the time she got to Santa thoughts of toys were gone. All she wanted was some rest.

Santa asked, "What do you want for Christmas?"

Linden replied, "I want to take a nap."

Santa must have had a busy day of making gifts and spreading Christmas cheer because he was happy to oblige.

If any parents knew Santa gave out naps, we're sure they would've written letters long ago.

Santa asked her again what she wanted and she said a reindeer.
