University cooperation in Wilmington

WILMINGTON, Del. (WPVI) -- The University of Delaware and Delaware State University are teaming up to help out the city of Wilmington.

The universities signed an agreement Wednesday outlining mutual cooperation on several projects to benefit Wilmington.

That includes offering experts to work with the city on certain projects, and assigning students as university fellows to the city, allowing them to get real-world government experience.
