Vince Papale celebrates US Army Corps of Engineers

PENN'S LANDING (WPVI) -- Former Philadelphia Eagle Vince Papale was among the speakers marking the 150th anniversary of the U-S Army Corps of Engineers Wednesday.

The ceremony, held at the Independence Seaport Museum at Penn's Landing, was a celebration of the work that the Corps has done throughout the years.

Some of those projects include cleaning the area's rivers and working on construction at Fort Dix and Dover Air Force base.
