West Catholic High School senior named Gates Millennium Scholar

WEST PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- A high school student received a prestigious award in West Philadelphia Tuesday night.

West Catholic High School senior Jasmine Mays was named a Gates Millennium Scholar.

That means she'll have all of her educational expenses paid through undergrad and graduate school.

She plans to attend Villanova University in the fall.
