Wilmington ribbon cutting

WILMINGTON, Del. (WPVI) -- An international business that supports the start-up of new technology companies opened an office in Delaware.

They cut the ribbon on "Factory Berlin" Monday in Wilmington.

Governor Jack Markell was there for the event.
