Woman buys house by getting 20 boyfriends to get her an iPhone

CHINA (WPVI) -- A woman from China is either really crafty or just heartless.

The scheme involved a woman convincing her '20 boyfriends' to each buy her a new iPhone 7, which she then sold to buy a house.

The BBC reports that she collected about $18,000 in the scheme, just enough for the down payment on the house.

It's not clear if the guys knew that they were being duped.

And while there have been a few negative comments online, others are applauding her hustle.

Some even wanting tips on how to get at least one boyfriend.
