World AIDS day breakfast

CENTER CITY -- The Eighth Annual World AIDS Day Prayer Breakfast took place Thursday morning at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Center City.

Several of the city's religious leaders were there to help pay tribute to the hundreds of people who have died as a result of AIDS.

Participants also took time to pray for those still battling the disease.

The event was sponsored by the organization "Philadelphia FIGHT".
