World Record Gelt

SOMERTON (WPVI) -- A Hanukkah celebration in the Somerton section of Philadelphia included an attempt at creating the "World's Largest Piece of Chocolate Gelt."

Gelt is a coin shaped piece of chocolate wrapped in foil.

The Congregations of Shaare Shamayim used more than 2 hundred pounds of dark chocolate.

The synagogue holds four other world records.
