It was back to class and reality for Nova Nation...for now.

An unforgettable win has meant an unforgettable week on Villanova University's campus which will continue with a Championship Parade Friday in Center City.

Due to the parade festivities, Villanova has announced that the University and Law School will be closed Friday and all classes are canceled.

In a letter to faculty, students and staff, University President Fr. Peter Donohue said, ". I encourage all in our community to come to the parade to celebrate our team and their remarkable accomplishment."

Students were back in class Wednesday at Villanova and back from Houston where hundreds traveled to cheer on the Wildcats to their national championship.

"When we won, everyone just went crazy. It was the best moment of my life," senior Mary Wojtal said.

On Tuesday, Villanova Stadium was packed as students welcomed the team back from Texas.

Players wore ear to ear grins and pieces of the championship net pinned to their clothing.

A day later, it's back to reality. Well, sort of.

"We're in scrubs right now; we're trying to go prove to our teacher that we can take care of people so we'll be taking a break for today. That's about it," senior Millieanne Moschella said.

As the congratulations come pouring in, word has been circulating that President Obama will call Jay Wright to pass on his well wishes for the victory.

"We're National Champions, we deserve national recognition, doesn't get any higher than the president," Killian said.

The parade begins at 1 p.m. on Friday in Center City.
