WILLIAMSTOWN, NJ (WPVI) -- The Williamstown High School football team delivered their second South Jersey Group 5 title in a dramatic win over Lenape High School.
Dispite Lenape striking first with a touchdown, and then kicking a field goal to head into the half 10 - 0, the Braves came out fighting in the second half by scoring a touchdown in the third quarter making the score 10 - 7. In the fourth quarter with time running out, the Braves fight on to score another touchdown to pull off the nail bitting win and claim the championship with a score of 14 - 10.
Williamstown will now go to MetLife Stadium to play for the New Jersey Group 5 State Championship.
