Rain can't dampen excitement at Penn Relays

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Tens of thousands of people are gathered in University City to watch the oldest, and largest, collegiate track and field competition in the country.

Friday marked day two of the Penn Relays at Franklin Field.

Despite the rainy weather, Action News reporter Jeannette Reyes found it couldn't dampen the excitement being felt among the athletes and their parents!
