Fight ends in stabbing in Tioga-NIcetown

TIOGA-NICETOWN (WPVI) -- Police say a man was stabbed during a fight in Philadelphia's Tioga-Nicetown section early Tuesday morning.

The incident happened just before 1:00 a.m. on the 2200 block of Gratz Street.

Two men who knew each other were fighting on the street and then continued the brawl into a house.

Police say that's where a 37-year-old man was stabbed in the back and neck.

The victim was rushed to the hospital in serious but stable condition.

Investigators are questioning both of the men.
