Stolen phone used to make Facebook post

A bold phone bandit in Washington State is taunting his victim.

Angela Hartford's phone has been missing since March.

The Washington State resident just realized someone used a Facebook app on that phone to upload new photo on her profile.

It is of a man and Hartford wonders if it is the guy who stole her phone.

Her brother hopes this is the clue that will help police track down their man.

And even posted a reply on Hartford's page that reads "i'm going to catch you."
