Students evacuated from Wilmington school after bomb threat

WILMINGTON, Del. (WPVI) -- Students at the Stanton Middle School in Wilmington, Delaware had to evacuate after a reported bomb threat.

It happened around 9 a.m. at the school located at 1900 Limestone Road.

Buses were brought in to help with getting the students evacuated safely while police searched the building.

Fortunately, police found no threatening device and the students were allowed to return to the classroom within an hour.

There were no reports of any injuries.

The incident remains under investigation.
