Suspect sought for stealing bike from teen in Center City

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Police have released new video of a suspect who stole a bike from a 13-year-old in Center City.

The incident occurred on January 31 around 7 p.m.

Police say the suspect demanded the teen hand over his bike.

When he refused, he forced the victim off of it and took it.
