Suspicious car fire in Chester, Pa.

CHESTER, Pa. (WPVI) -- Police are investigating a suspicious car fire in Chester, Pennsylvania early Wednesday morning.

Firefighters arrived around 4:00 a.m. to the 200 block of Edgemont Avenue.

They discovered a Ford Expedition SUV with its windows smashed and the interior on fire.

Crews quickly doused the flames and got the blaze under control.

There were no reports of any injuries.

The fire marshal was called to the scene to investigate.
