SWAT team surrounds Port Richmond home

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- The SWAT team surrounded a Port Richmond home early Monday morning.

It happened on the 3100 block of Agate street.

Police said the man fired shots into the air and then ran inside of the house.

The man eventually surrendered peacefully and is in custody.

It is unclear if anyone else was in the home at the time of the incident
