WARRINGTON TWP., Pa. (WPVI) -- Hazmat crews responded to a tanker truck accident in Warrington Township, Bucks County.

It happened around 7:30 a.m. Monday at the intersection of County Line and Lower State roads.

The tanker was making a turn when it struck the concrete median, rupturing the tank.

The truck was carrying home heating oil and the impact caused a leak.

Local traffic, including school buses, was being detoured around the accident scene.

The detours were still in effect at noon, as crews worked to clear the damaged truck and clean up the spilled healing oil.
