SOUTH PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Philadelphia police are searching for two men who assaulted a 13-year-old boy after trying to steal his bicycle in South Philadelphia.

The incident happened on October 23 on the 1100 block of Ellsworth Street.

Surveillance video shows the two unknown suspects approaching the teen as he sat on his front steps at 11:30 a.m.

They pull back and forth trying to take his bicycle from him, but the teen refuses to let go.

That's when the suspects can be seen shoving and punching the teen until he was able to run inside the home with his bike. The suspects then fled in an unknown direction.
