Teen shot multiple times in West Philadelphia

WEST PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- A 19-year-old man was shot multiple times in West Philadelphia.

It happened around 11:30 p.m. Tuesday on the 6000 block of Arch Street.

Police said the teen was shot in the arm and chest.

He was taken to the hospital in stable condition.

Investigators said two suspects were seen fleeing the scene in a minivan.
