CENTER CITY (WPVI) -- The Philadelphia Museum of Art officially reopened its North entrance and vaulted walkway Wednesday.
Mayor Jim Kenney called it a historic day for the museum and the city.
The North entrance off of Kelly Drive was closed to the public for more than 40 years.
A group of second graders from the Bache-Martin School were the first to walk through the newly opened entrance.
