PORT RICHMOND (WPVI) -- Philadelphia police are searching for a thief who stole lottery tickets from a Wawa store in Port Richmond.
The incident occurred around noon on May 6 at the store on the 3200 block of Richmond Street.
The suspect was caught on surveillance tampering with the lottery machine - even sticking both of his arms up into it to grab some tickets.
He got away with nearly $300 worth of tickets before fleeing the scene.
The suspect is described as a white male, 20 years-old with a medium build. He has several tattoos on his arms and was wearing a gray shirt, dark shorts and black and white sneakers.
