Sky High Ribbon Cutting

CENTER CITY (WPVI) -- They celebrated Philadelphia's newest tourist attraction Tuesday night in Center City.

Officials cut the ribbon and officially christened the One Liberty Observation Deck.

The Deck is located at the peak of One Liberty place, 57 floors and 883 feet above street level.

It offers visitors panoramic views of Philadelphia and beyond.

The attraction opened to the public on November 28th.
