Thieves return stolen statue with bonus gift in West Chester

WEST CHESTER, Pa. (WPVI) -- A pair of thieves in Chester County had a change of heart.

West Chester police posted a video of two people returning a stolen lawn statue.

One of them even placed flowers and a card on the homeowner's porch.

Home security cameras recorded the repentance just hours after officers posted a video of the theft.
