Tractor-trailer crash knocks down wires in Spring Garden

SPRING GARDEN (WPVI) -- A tractor-trailer accident knocked down live wires and a traffic light pole in Philadelphia's Spring Garden section.

It happened around 2 a.m. Thursday at the intersection of 20th Street and Ben Franklin Parkway.

There were no reports of any injuries.
