WASHINGTON CROSSING, Pa. (WPVI) -- Police are investigating after two people were hit by a car in Washington Crossing, Bucks County.

Chopper 6 flew over the base of the Washington Crossing bridge.

State Police say both people hit were taken to Saint Mary Hospital and will survive.

The driver stayed on scene.

The accident remains under investigation.
