It happened at 4 a.m. Monday at Broad and West Fisher Avenue in the city's Logan section.

The crash sent ten temporary fencing barriers into the travel lanes of North Broad Street.

A white sedan with visible damage stopped nearby and was later towed away.

Police arrived on the scene and moved the metal barriers to the side of the road.
