Driver freed from overturned vehicle in Delaware County

ASTON, Pennsylvania (WPVI) -- Rescuers freed a driver who was trapped inside a mangled, overturned vehicle in Delaware County, Pennsylvania.

Police said the driver crashed into a utility pole on the 200 block of Knowlton Road in Aston around 12:30 a.m. Thursday.

The impact brought down electrical wires.

The driver was taken to the hospital with head injuries.

The crash remains under investigation.
