Driver injured after car flips over in Ardmore

ARDMORE, Pa. (WPVI) -- One person was hurt after a car overturned in Ardmore, Pennsylvania.

The crash happened before 7:30 a.m. Thursday at the intersection Lancaster Avenue and Church Road.

Police say the driver was trapped inside the vehicle.

It took crews about fifteen minutes to rescue that person.

The victim was taken to the hospital with multiple injuries.

A tow truck arrived on the scene to remove the vehicle, and crews are cleaning up debris left on the road.

No word on why the vehicle crashed.

Motorists should expect delays near the crash site.
