LOGAN TOWNSHIP, N.J. (WPVI) -- Police want to make the roads safer from irresponsible bicyclists.

It's called swerving, that's when people, usually children, intentionally ride a bicycle into the paths of vehicles, making them swerve.

It's become such a problem that officers in Logan Township, Gloucester County will begin issuing violations, and contacting children's parents.
