Pedestrian struck and injured in Feltonville

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Philadelphia police are investigating an auto-pedestrian accident in the Feltonville section.

The accident happened around 1:30 p.m. Wednesday in the northbound inner lanes of the Roosevelt Boulevard near Whittaker Avenue.

A car hit a pedestrian and police say the vehicle did stop.

The victim was taken to Einstein Medical in critical condition.
