WILMINGTON, Del. (WPVI) -- A collision involving a school bus and a pedestrian is under investigation in Wilmington, Delaware.

It happened after 4 p.m. Wednesday at Miller Road and 34th Street when the 39-year-old bus driver was turning eastbound.

The victim, a 66-year-old man, was walking in a marked crosswalk, police say.

He suffered a leg and other injuries after being struck by a school bus from the Brandywine School District.

The children on the school bus were not hurt.

Police say charges are pending for the bus driver, who did stop at the scene.
