Police: Speeding motorcyclist injured in Montco crash

CONSHOHOCKEN, Pa. (WPVI) -- Police swarmed the scene of a motorcycle crash in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania late Wednesday night.

Authorities tell Action News a police helicopter spotted a motorcyclist speeding along a road in Philadelphia sometime before 10:30 p.m.

The chopper continued to track the motorcycle as it left the Philadelphia city limits.

They say the operator lost control a short time later and orashed at Colwell Lane and Hillcrest Road in Conshohocken.

The victim was flown to Penn-Presbyterian Medical Center with multiple injuries.

There was no immediate word on that person's condition.

The crash is under investigation.
