A crash involving a school bus has shut down a bridge in Princeton, N.J.

PRINCETON, N.J. (WPVI) -- The trip to school was delayed for some middle school students Tuesday morning in Princeton, N.J.

Chopper 6 HD was over the scene around 8 a.m. after a school bus hit a bridge and became disabled.

It happened on a bridge crossing the Stony Brook, on Mercer Road near Quaker Road.

No students were hurt.

Princeton Township Police say the impact flattened the right rear tire of the bus and damaged the wheel rim.

Another bus arrived and took the students to school.

The disabled bus was towed from the scene.
