TRENTON, N.J. (WPVI) -- Police say a dozen cars were struck and damaged by rocks in Trenton, New Jersey.

The incident happened around 1 p.m. Friday along Route 1 between Perry and Olden Avenue.

Police believe the rocks came from an overpass, but it's not clear if someone threw them.

One driver described some of the rocks as being the size of a baseball.

So far, there are no reports of any injuries.

Police are investigating.
