Teen struck in North Philadelphia hit-and-run

Police are investigating a hit-and-run crash that left an 18-year-old male injured.

It happened around 1 a.m. Wednesday in the area of 22nd and Edgley streets in North Philadelphia.

The victim was taken to Hahnemann University Hospital in stable condition.
