Tree crashes down on car in Claymont, Del.

CLAYMONT, Del. (WPVI) -- It was a close call in Claymont, Delaware after a tree came crashing down on a car with a man and his dog inside.

It happened after 11 a.m. Wednesday along Darley and Peachtree roads.

The driver, Herbert Bryant, told Action News he was stopped at a light when the tree fell.

His dog Marcel was also in the car.

Fortunately, no one was hurt.

It's unknown what caused the tree to fall.
