Water main break blocks traffic on Ridge Avenue in Roxborough

ROXBOROUGH (WPVI) -- A water main break is blocking traffic on a busy road in the Roxborough section of Philadelphia.

The break was reported before 5 a.m. Monday in the 7200 block of Ridge Avenue.

Police arrived and blocked off the westbound lanes near Domino Lane.

Eastbound traffic on Ridge Avenue was not affected.

There were no immediate details available on the size of the break or when repairs might be completed.
