A South Jersey doctor, who killed a young state trooper in a head-on crash last December, was not under the influence of drugs or alcohol, according to an autopsy released Thursday.
Friends say 61-year-old Lloyd Rudley had diabetes, but the autopsy did not mention a medical emergency.
Both Rudley and 31-year-old New Jersey State Trooper Frankie Williams were killed when Rudley's Toyota crossed over the median on Route 55 in Millville.
