Students honor first responders

PLYMOUTH MEETING, Pa. (WPVI) -- Several first responders in Montgomery County received a big surprise from local students.

Two Plymouth Meeting police officers and Plymouth Township's Fire Marshall were honored Monday at Holy Rosary Regional Catholic School.

The celebration had a patriotic theme and several students read essays they had written about the importance of police and firefighters in their community.
