NEW YORK, N.Y. -- The nation's biggest insurance company is expanding coverage for life-saving organ donors.

UnitedHealth Group will reimburse up to five-thousand dollars for people who travel to donate a kidney.

The cost of travel has discouraged people from becoming donors in some cases.

United is the latest insurance company to pay people back for some of the expenses.
