Animal shelter surprises dogs with secret santa gifts

DUBLIN (WPVI) -- An animal shelter in Ireland brought some Christmas cheer to some of their long-term dogs staying at the shelter.

Rather than giving presents to each other, the staff at Dogs Trust Ireland surprised their four-legged residents with some Secret Santa gifts.

The gifts included chew toys, tennis balls, blankets, treats and more.

Video posted to the shelter's Facebook page shows the excited dogs as they rip open and enjoy their gifts.
